Refund Policy

We want you to understand what you are purchasing and to review conversion quality before paying. The free preview is designed for that purpose.

Eligible refund requests

You may request a refund within seven days of purchase when:

• The purchase remains unused and no paid export has been downloaded;
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• A verified technical failure prevented delivery of the paid export; or
• A refund is required by applicable law.

Generally non-refundable purchases

Because paid conversions are digital services delivered for a specific file, completed conversions are generally not refundable after a paid export has been generated or downloaded, except where required by law or where a verified defect makes the output unusable.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the purchase email, order or receipt number, date, and a short explanation. Do not attach a bank statement or include account details.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your financial institution. The merchant-of-record or payment provider may apply additional refund procedures consistent with law.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
